Hire Pre-Screened CDL Drivers

How it works

1. Drivers apply on HireCDLDriver.net and our recruiting team calls each one.
2. We pre-screen and verify: CDL class and endorsements, experience, the type of work they want (OTR, regional or local) and their location, using a screening checklist.
3. You browse blind profiles for free in your company portal: CDL class, state, experience and job type, with no names or phone numbers.
4. Request a driver you're interested in. After we approve the request, we release that driver's name and contact info to you.
5. Pay a placement fee only when you hire. The fee and terms are agreed with your company in advance. Nothing to pay for browsing or requesting.
